VirtualTec Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you what kind of information we may gather about you when you visit our site, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct this information.

This policy applies only to VirtualTec and not to other companies' or organisations' websites to which the 'Fritz CMMS' web site is linked.

VirtualTec primarily collects personal information to:

• Enable us to inform our clients of modifications or updates to our software
  

• For administrative, marketing and statistical purposes
  

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by only forwarding the occasional email to those who have requested program updates.  

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

When you register with us we require specific personal information about you in order to record willing compliance to our software licence agreement. This information may also be used to inform you of additional service, which may be of interest to you.

There will be occasions where it will be necessary for VirtualTec to disclose your personal information to third parties:

• we may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties to provide the service you have requested

If VirtualTec holds your personal information we will, where possible provide you with access to that information. VirtualTec will take reasonable steps to ensure the information is accurate, complete and up to date.
